Shengli Rural (NZ) Ltd was incorporated in June 2001. It is jointly owned by Shengli New Zealand Ltd and Atkin Management Ltd., of Wellington, New Zealand. Shengli Rural (NZ) Ltd. specialises in the importation of industrial equipment and raw materials from China to New Zealand and Australia, and the exportation of rural products and technologies from New Zealand and Australia to China.
The Great Wall Finest Co. Ltd (GWF) is jointly owned by Shengli New Zealand Ltd and several local New Zealand companies.GWF specialises in importing well-known Chinese electronic appliances from China and marketed them in New Zealand and Australia.
